Medicine refill reminders

Make the next medicine refill easier to remember.

Patients taking regular medicines may need a reminder before their next refill. DawaFill helps your pharmacy or medical centre keep refill dates visible, prepare medicines and follow up with patients.

Your trial starts after your payment method is checked. The verification charge is shown during setup.

From a refill date to a clear next step.

Record the medicine plan and refill details, see what is coming due, and organise preparation. Your team can review missed pickups and follow-up tasks rather than keeping separate reminder lists. Record medicines dispensed and plan the next refill.

Common questions

Can DawaFill send SMS medicine refill reminders?

SMS reminders can use a supported, approved service where available. Sending depends on your plan, service setup, permissions and patient consent.

When do email reminders start?

Your facility needs approval from the DawaFill team and a checked sending address before email reminders begin. You can still add patients and upload records while email setup is pending.

Can every plan change reminder timing?

Reminder scheduling depends on the plan. Lower tiers use preset schedules; eligible Care Pro and higher plans can adjust scheduling within the available controls.

Do medication refill reminders prove that a patient took their medicine?

No. Refill and reminder records help your team organise follow-up. They do not prove that medicines were taken and do not replace clinical advice.
